Ingredients  Ingredients

What I really like about this product is that there are no artificial flavors, sweeteners or colorings. In fact the list of ingredients looks tiny when compared to a lot of protein powders out there. This is good news because what you get is good quality protein in the form of whey isolate as the primary source of protein and no fillers or sugar or other cheap rubbish some manufacturers stuff into their protein products.

Protein Content  Protein Content

Each serving (32g) contains 24g of protein and has 5.5 grams of BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids). The primary protein source is whey isolate which is the best form of whey protein, it also contains fast-acting Hydro whey peptides.

Price  Price

Price wise it works out at $0.66/oz which is less than average and is currently my choice of protein when it’s available.

Taste & Mixability Taste

The natural chocolate flavor tastes really good and hasn’t got that over sweet taste you sometimes get with protein powders that use artificial sweeteners. It mixes equally well with milk or water and can be mixed quite easily with no clumps in a normal shaker bottle. Adding a banana to it and using for a good protein/carb recovery drink after a workout produces a delicious creamy drink. I have only tested the Natural Chocolate flavor, but it is also available in natural strawberry and natural vanilla.

Product Description

Whey Protein Isolates are 90% pure protein by weight. They are the purest and most expensive form of whey protein that exists. That’s why they are the first ingredients you read on the 100% Natural Whey Gold Standard label. By using Whey Protein Isolates as the primary source, we’re able to pack 24 grams of the purest, muscle-building protein per serving, with a lot less of the fat, cholesterol, lactose, and other stuff that you can do without. What’s more, 100% Natural Whey Gold Standard contains no artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. There’s no question this is the standard by which other whey proteins are measured.
